Founder, Jaclyn Foster, provides ongoing business consulting with each and every one of her attorney clients. Jaclyn believes that staffing a small or solo practice isn’t a “one type fits all” approach. Each firm brings their own dynamics that constitutes a staffing structure custom altered to fit their needs. We discuss this during our initial discovery call, and maintain an open line of communication throughout our entire relationship. As your firm evolves, so should your staff.

Law Firm Management

Jaclyn has been working in a law firm management capacity both on site and remotely for both large and small law firms nation wide for nine years. Managing multiple moving pieces of a law firm is challenging, and merging a firm to a virtual setting to any degree enhances that challenge. With her distinguished and proven law firm management expertise in both virtual and on-site settings, Jaclyn consults with her clients regularly on how to improve processes and productivity.

Jaclyn’s goal for all of her attorney clients is to slow down that revolving door for employees.
